Welcome to MinistrySite.Pro! By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using our website design and hosting services. Please read them carefully.

MinistrySite.Pro offers website design, hosting, and maintenance services specifically for churches, ministries, missionaries, and related organizations. Our services include:

✅ Website Design & Development – Custom-built websites based on client goals and needs.
✅ Hosting Services – Secure hosting for the first year, included in the initial package.
✅ Ongoing Maintenance (optional) – Continued hosting and website updates available for an annual fee.

• A one-time fee of $1,000 includes website design, setup, and one full year of hosting.
• Clients do not pay upfront. Payment is required only after final approval of the website.
• Once full payment is made, the website will go live.

• After the first year, clients can choose to continue hosting and maintenance for $500 per year.
• This includes one free website update per month (such as content changes, new images, or minor edits).
• Additional edits beyond the included monthly update may incur an extra charge.

• Payment is accepted via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
• All payments are non-refundable once the final website is approved and launched.

To ensure a smooth and timely website build, clients agree to:

📌 Provide all necessary content (text, images, staff bios, doctrinal statements, etc.) in a timely manner.
📌 Communicate promptly to approve drafts, request changes, and finalize the website.
📌 Ensure accuracy of all submitted information, as we are not responsible for errors in client-provided content.

If a client delays communication or fails to provide required materials for an extended period (30+ days), we reserve the right to pause or cancel the project.

• Once full payment is received, the client owns the completed website.
• We retain the right to use screenshots and descriptions of completed websites for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim credit for website designs created by MinistrySite.Pro.

• If the client has an existing domain, we will assist in transferring it.
• If the client needs a new domain, we will help register it in the client's name.
• Clients who choose not to renew their hosting after the first year must arrange for site migration or backup before the hosting expires.

MinistrySite.Pro specializes in basic ministry websites. The following services are NOT included unless specifically agreed upon:

❌ Advanced Custom Coding / Web Applications
❌ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Consulting (Basic SEO setup is included)
❌ Ongoing Social Media Management
❌ Email Hosting Services (Clients must set up their own email accounts)

Clients needing complex or highly customized functionality should discuss needs upfront to determine feasibility.

• Clients may cancel the website project at any time before final approval without any financial obligation.
• Once the website is completed, approved, and payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
• If ongoing hosting and maintenance services are canceled, the website may be taken offline after the paid term expires.

• MinistrySite.Pro is not responsible for any loss of data, downtime, or damages caused by hosting providers, third-party services, or cyberattacks.
• Clients are encouraged to keep backups of important content and notify us of any technical issues promptly.
• We do not guarantee increased traffic, donations, or engagement as a result of launching a website.

• All client data and website content will be kept strictly confidential.
• We will not share or sell client information to third parties.

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
